“Our car broke down right outside of butte on the way back from a road trip, called them and they were there to pick us up in about 30 minutes. Tow truck driver was amazing, don’t remember his name but he made that whole experience way better. The only reason this isn’t a five star is because I asked them to diagnose the car, and the lady I called said that all they did was turn the key and decide engine was blown so they weren’t going to charge me the $125 to diagnose. Well they ended up charging me that $125 to spin the key a couple times andI was not told any error codes or anything specific that could’ve happened.”
“I am traveling from Washington and had an issue with my lights. Stopped by on a busy Friday of a holiday weekend and they took the time to look at it and were able to quickly fix it so I can keep on going to my destination. Friendly staff and workers. Clearly showed me what was wrong and the fix options for it. I feel blessed for the help they provided. Highly recommend”

“Yates repair the damages that occurred after my car and a deer collided. They did a fabulous job of the exterior and under the hood. They also detailed the interior and got all the dogwood thar went flying. I would recommend Yates to anyone I know”
