Most of the stuff here is is pretty decent shape. Customer service is pleasant. In and out in less than 5 minutes every time I've been here. They always have what I need.

So because I didn't know the length of time I needed a lift I rented it for 7 days but couldn't use it the full 7 days do to homeowners broke vehicles in the way and I wasn't offered and don't get any kind of refund for the remaining 4 days,I WONT USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL TELL PPL TO STAY AWAY,I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!!!!!!!

Bad experiences all around, asked about product on their website, doesn't exist, told him the number of item, not concerned enough to ask any of his co workers. Didn't care enough to try to make an effort. Its on their website, can't be bothered to look at website, says not in the computer system they use. Maybe update your website, or at least pretend to be interested, not rude...
