I bought new phones this week. The ladies in this office are nice. They also understand technical issues. The environment is fast paced. Be kind to these people they are doing more each day figuring things out than most of us do in a week.

Understaffed. Despite a long line I have listened to a staff member try to upsale a senior on services they keep saying they can't afford for at least 20 minutes. I've been in DMV lines that move faster. Two people have already walked out, and I'm more than an hour into my wait

Cody, with spectrum. Was awesome! Hooked everything up over the phone in minutes. Didn't have to wait more than 2 minuses topi talk to someone real on the phone. Great Customer service. Where's his heart on his sleeve. Great job man thank you forty the quick work. You did great Bro!!
