These people are not a local business, do not support them if you want to shop local. After spending a considerable amount here personally and offer business services to them Builder's have not once been helpful. Their staff are rude and downright liars, passing the buck without offering any solutions. Save yourself the pains we've experienced and shop elsewhere.

I ordered roofing materials from first source, everything was supposed to be delivered Friday.I called them in the early afternoon to make sure everything was still good and I was assured that my material will be delivered. At 4:30 in the afternoon I received a call stating that they were no longer able to deliver my material until the following Monday due to the fact that their drivers worked too much overtime. I had hired workers to be at my house on Saturday morning to do my roofing.Then I was told if I wanted to get the roofing myself I had half an hour to get there before they closed.I will never do business with this company again,I’m in sales myself and I know if I treated the customer this way I would be fired.Thanks for nothing Cory and Cynthia I really appreciate it.As I was getting the material loaded into my truck one of the yard guys his last name is Ralph told me that he would load half of it in my truck and the other half in his truck and he would bring it to my house after work thank you so much for that.At least there was one decent person in that store.

Man that helped me seemed fairly condescending, since I am a woman. Did not have good selection of trim boards. Had worse experience at triple s this morning than that though. Ace had very few options, but I didn't expect much for that particular item from Ace anyway.
