Hey there! Just wanted to give you a heads up - I noticed that the turtles in your building's fish tank don't have anywhere to chill out of the water. Turtles need a dry spot to rest on, so it's a good idea to provide them with a little island or platform. Thanks for taking care of those little guys!

Contacted Josh to have a wall patched and painted (including a paint match). He was great to work with throughout the process. The work was completed quickly and it looks great. Highly recommend Priority for help with your home maintenance.

Make sure to read the rental contract thoroughly! They have a ton of unfinished sentences and a lot of outrageous rules and penalties. You have to rent your appliances for an extra $40 a month which also means If they break it's on you. After reading through the rental contract there was no way I was going to rent from them.

This company is top notch...As a property owner I have delt with many local property management companies in the past. No else comes close in Butte ...I always get my rent and never have to worry about my investment .......I recently stopped by my property and talked with my tenants that are renting they are happy that's awesome....... recommend these guys over anyone else!!!

0 stars!!!! Worst company ever!!! They never return calls or emails! The biggest headache trying to get them to collect rent for my grandfather - it’s been over a year in a 1/2!!!

I rented from Sbpm for a couple years. They have been a great management company to rent from, I had a few issues, once my fridge went out, they replaced it with a new one, my stove too, they replaced it with a new one. The maintenance people were so great and came within hours of my call! Israel Green was really great to work with also, and there when I needed him! Got my full deposit back within 30 days!! They have been a real great management company to rent from, so they definitely deserve 5 stars!! Thanks again, all the people from silver bow property management.

The only good thing about this company is their maintenance department. The property management, however, pretty much cut all contact with you after you sign a lease. They do not respond back to emails, nor answer phone calls. They will try to scam you out of your deposit. I do not recommend renting from this company at all.EDIT:1: We never received an email telling us that we had to discuss moving out in email. I fully agree that we terminated our lease early and I do not have a problem paying for the early termination.2: The person that was supposed to take our lease over informed us that he did not actually plan on moving until after our last paid month of rent, so we decided to not waste any more money, we would just end our lease.3: I had no idea that I could list dirty items on the damage list, as I did not consider dirt to be damage, nor did I think you would accuse and charge us for such a minor detail.4: No one agreed that the stove was dirty, we only said it was left in the state it was in before we moved in.5: I very much consider you trying to make us pay for something we did not do as a scam. Paying for our early termination is not you scamming us out of money. However, making us pay for something we are not responsible for is you scamming us out of our money. Therefore, I have every right to call it a scam.6: As soon as we got the keys for the apartment, you guys stopped responding to our emails, I sent three or four unanswered emails and there were MANY unanswered phone calls. Multiple of the other reviews even said that you guys do not respond to emails or calls, so how can what I said be false, when more than one person has confirmed?

This was a very rough experience for us as first time property owners. After talking to other experienced property owners, I realized it wasn’t just our lack of knowledge.I hope that in my sharing that it helps to inform future property owners.Silver bow property management never got rent to us on time, always had random charges that the tenants said were false, and are also rarely in their office.The tenants that they found for the building prior to us purchasing it were awful. One was evicted right before we got the keys to the property.She had ruined the place. The plumbing that was exposed was leaking after they said they went in and fixed it. There was also human and small dog manure on the ground after they had “cleaned the property”.Our current tenant that they also had found for the apartment have since not paid rent, trashed the place, and are currently being evicted. We began this process soon after parting ways from silver bow property management.On a topic unrelated to our personal experience, they own multiple buildings in butte that are vacant and in shambles... (check cadastral for a list)If they don’t take care of their own buildings, why would they take care of ours?

DO. NOT. Rent from SBPM!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Very disappointed with how we are being treated AFTER moving out. I will NEVER recommend this place to anybody!!
