If could give negative stars I would! After being told from the customer service agent on the phone that this location was updated 5 weeks ago and that they're open, I drove 2hrs just to find out that they left LAST YEAR! ?

Horrible customer service phone broke no local stores in State. CANT cancel my account but yet they are still taking money out of my account for a number I'm not using and they know this. Been calling for 6 months now.

Stores closed. None left in the state from what I can tell.In my opinion that's not how you run a company. Sell the whole town a bunch of junky phones and then dip outta town when the going gets to tough. I'd do 0/5 if could. Go to cricket wireless. At least there still in town.
