If your in Butte and need a rental car... this is the only place that has a local number and they get right back to you right away! Ryan was fantastic helping us out quickly when our car broke down. I highly recommend this business!

Most vial customer service on earth. It seems a nasty phone troll claims to be the owner. Certainly known for dishonoring Hertz insurance rental car arrangements. This was my experience. GO ENTERPRISE! *****

Was a little hard to identify which portion of the building this office was located in. This is simply because it doesn't look like a typical rental agency. Once I located it, the staff was very accommodating.

Had to get into a rental after a no-fault accident (bad day). Hertz was extremely accommodating, worked with me on drop-off and pick-up. They were able to get me into a car I was comfortable with - car was clean and in good condition. They have excellent customer service!
