Hi - Dan Roche has been our service person for many years. He is always very responsive when we reach out and he takes care of our issues professionally. Late last night I reached out to Dan on his cell phone with an issue and he meet me at our office at 7am this morning and got me taken care. Excellent service.

These guys are really great. They have taken out the worry that comes along with purchasing a printer for all your workplace needs. Our printer is excellent and if ever we have an issue all we have to do is give Joan or Dan a call and they are right there to help us every single time. Their customer service is by far the best we have come across in a while. Keep up the great work you guys!
