Appointment for trailer drop on delivery was at midnight. Showed up at 7pm, dropped the trailer and went to Pilot truck stop bobtail. They called me at 10pm and told me to come and pick up my trailer (was already empty).Amazingly quick and easy delivery! Great job!

When I came to this location and I had 5pc lock bar. After delivery they left me 2 and says we don't care about you and your lock bar . Leave the property . Worst FedEx ever

This review is for Sheri and Matt, they are amazing!! My job involves lots of shipping - claims, issues, dramas. For whatever reason, it's rare that anything goes smoothly.I had an issue with a shipment and Sheri not only answered the phone but CALLED BACK within 15 minutes and had a detailed answer, after talking with driver Matt about exactly what happened to my shipment, where it was, who the customer spoke to, etc. In a world of generally terrible customer service, it was an incredible relief to find people so helpful! Not only that, but since this customer was rural they could have charged us extra fees or let the shipment sit, but instead they were kind enough to take some time to figure out where the shipment needed to go.Thanks FedEx Butte, you guys rock!!

Please please please don’t bring any load for this location they are very very lazy, took my 15 hrs in unloading, and people are very disrespectful, believe me you will cry in long waiting and not allowed you to wait in surrounding area, its a crazy place. And you will not find any other load in surrounding 300 miles. First and last mistake I did. It was good lesson for me.

Tried multiple times getting direct line to freight depot. Was told to call before and make sure I had someone to load me. Googled number came up with 866 number. 7 phone calls in. 3 surveys I didn’t want to take. Multiple dropped calls and I have yet to reach the depot. Keep getting connected to someone only god knows where. How hard is a local phone number? Seriously… what a joke.

I had a freight parcel that was weather delayed that I had expected on a Thursday for that weekend. The tracking showed that it arrived at the main hub Friday morning and I thought there was hope, so I called the local office and was informed the trailer wouldn't get to the distribution center until Saturday and deliver was now expected Monday or Tuesday. I explained I had planned on the contents for that weekend and the associate transferred me to the supervisor. This is where I was very impressed. The supervisor, Jerry N., went above and beyond! He called the hub and had them load my parcel on a trailer to arrive at the distribution center that day, he then arranged for me to be able to pick it up at will call. The instructions to me were "it should be ready around 7pm, so plan on coming by around then to pick it up". Simple enough, but Jerry want done yet. He called me at 5:05 pm to personally let me know that they had received and unloaded my shipment earlier than expected and it was now ready for pickup. I jumped in my truck and headed for the distribution center. Checking in at the gate was quick and easy, and by the time I pulled up to the loading dock they already had it ready for me. Truly a customer service oriented experience. Thanks Jerry.

Was delivering here and when i came to pick up my empty trailer load locks were not there. Fedex stole my load locks and tells me employees haven’t seen any.
