I don't know who is delivering in the Anaconda area, but they are leaving packages on my driveway by my garage door instead of walking them up to the front door. Not cool, anyone could steal the package. Stop doing lazy and walk the few extra feet to my doorway!?

Not even 1 star. My packages have been put on and taken off a delivery truck in my town for 4 business days now. Nothing but updated tracking information pushing delivery to the next day, yet it never shows up. Can't speak to a human when you call for help. Seriously FedEx this is pathetic.

Absolute worst service ever when it comes to their delivery drivers (for my area, that is). My packages are always left thrown on the side of the public road, not even close to being on my property AT ALL!! I have called NUMEROUS times and complained and it NEVER changes!!!!

1) Don't expect ANYTHING delivered "next day" October-May whether it's FedEx, USPS, or UPS. 2) For many packages, UPS uses USPS for the "last mile", especially if you're on a rural route. Don't expect anything from USPS if you're package is heavy/oversized or there is snow on your sidewalk or a dog in/near your yard. 3) No, you are unlikely to speak with a live person on the phone. Set up a free account and use the app (for all 3). You can track your package on the truck, make delivery changes, etc. USPS actually has a decent app and you can see a picture of all mail &packages arriving that day. 4) If you are shipping, make the extra effort to drive to Industrial Park to ship from FedEx Express or UPS. The hours for both are lame, but the rep will get you a better price than the app or UPS store. The FedEx Ground warehouse requires a ridiculous level of security, so plan to use your entire lunch hour if you go there for anything. 5) This last one is just speculation, but you have a better chance of getting your stuff quickly if you have it delivered to work (or the UPS store). Or in the case of a phone, to the to the local phone store. Now Hope this helps.

I spoke to a customer service representative twice, once yesterday, and again today about a redelivery after 6pm tonight so I can get my phone. I was assured that I would be getting my package tonight. It is now 10pm and no package has been attempted. I have to get up at 2 in the morning for work and stayed up so that I can get this package since I work monday through friday until 630pm. When I try to call for customer service, all I get now is hung up on. The message doesn't bother to give any hours for when the customer service is even open, so I have no idea if I can try to get my package tomorrow or if I have to wait 2 more days for a package I was personally promised by a representative would be here today.

Everytime the driver comes to Dillon to deliver our stuff is always sent to the wrong address. Today's delivery was no where near our address. Thankful for the kind and honest person who drove over to deliver our package. You'd think I could talk to someone to file a complaint as it's always the same driver. However that doesn't work out so well. They need competent people who can do their job correctly. Read your packages more carefully.!!!

We have a four way stop on the corner of our street, and not once has the driver for Exress stopped, the Ground driver never fails to stop there, but Express does the opposite.. please find new drivers, with real road experience. I will post an update to the comment next time I see the vehicle doing so, and I will tag the number in the comment as well.

I don't trust anything they say now at all. We have been waiting for a package for the last 5 days and the local office today promised it would be here by 6 tonight and still nothing. The driver Tanner was suppose to call me to if he couldn't get here so we could meet them and yet again nothing. And forget calling their Corp office cuz they believe in giving excuses of weather delay when it's only a mile if that from my house and it been in the 40s. Worst service I have ever had from FedEx

Don't get how they don't understand how you can drop packages off with an apartment complexes office. Ups has no issue with doing this and never delays thing you pay extra for 2 day shipping which will now be going on 4 business days of waiting. Complete incompetence for the while company.

The phone service is a real pain to deal with and when I finally got thruto speak to real human, he was from India and spoke with an accentthat at times was very difficult to understand. I was not able with thissystem to arrange to pick up a package. I am NOT impressed
