Great. Scheduled a bit of exhaust. We were on time and work began immediately. Longer story about a rattle under the chassis that had been unfixed at the local shop even after a return to investigate - no charge for the fix.

Rich did a great job fixing problems with my muffler. Also found an adjacent problem underneath my vehicle that had gone long unattended. Enthusiastic personality and very capable mechanic. Interesting, historic ( it appears) shop and building.
