The sign said that the Ghirardelli chocolates are 50% off. Rings up full price. Staff response is well did you put in a membership number? Should of been let me fix that for you. I left feeling like it was a scam to get your money. Either it's on sale or it isn't. I suppose I'll make them a do not stop place in the future.Bruce M

The workers in the pharmacy can be quit rude and don't seem to appreciate your loyalty as a consistent customer .

I have used CVS since I was a baby because it my mothers choice of pharmacy. However, within the last 6 months or so their customer service has gone down hill and they are very rude. They have very limited hours, which most people work during and cannot pick up their medications. I recently switched from them Walgreens. And CVS sent over an insurance from when I was 16 or 17 but nothing else besides my perscriptions. They have continually been rude when I have called (multiple times over the last few weeks) to ask why they only sent that insurance over. Every time they have told me that they have no idea what I'm talking about and I need to "check myself". then proceeded to hang up on me. I would NEVER recommend filling your prescriptions at the CVS in Butte.

So they accused me for stealing, anyways I had them check the cameras and it clearly showed me enter the store use the bathrooms and then leave, they humiliated me in front of my family Especially the one old lady with the white hair at the front desk! I even swore on my kids life and mine I didn't steal nothing. A customer was one of the workers friends she then starting yelling at me cursing. I'm the end I was cleared of any theft but didn't receive no apologies. My uncles is the Sheriff I'll make sure he deals with you two women at the front desk accordingly!!! An easyily accessable pharmacy and hygiene place with a receipt that is longer for one item than anyplace I've ever seen.

Have used CVS for years. They are great at recognizing medication allergies, answer questions about insurance and payments, and concerns about OTC interactions. They helped us find discounts for a medication that wasn't covered also. Love the text notifications for refills and when ready to pick up!
