“After reading all bad reviews I decided to call before I get there because it is Christmas day (observed) and guy answered right away. When I got there was no one at budget counter but there is sign at the counter says "see avis counter" and he came out when he saw me. Thankful for them working on holiday and satisfied with my car selection. I think they deserve more than 1 star. Thanks.”
