Brought our Tacoma for a small repair and coolant flush. Very easy to work with and great communication. The fixed a problem that 3 other shops couldn't. Highly recommend!

My wife bought a car from here back in Aug. The overall process was ok. Had to redo the loan paperwork because salesman didn't necessarily explain the process. Things happen, maybe misunderstandings. moving on. I was told that there was 2 key fobs for her 2020 vehicle. she asked for it every time she went in to the dealership, was always told "we will find it, its here somewhere." The dealership called for the trade in paperwork, I had it sent to them, and every time they called us, i asked for the 2nd key fob. We have asked probably in the neighborhood of 5+ times, and they never seemed interested in helping or finding the key fob. Never got a response. Asked for the second key fob multiple times, and always told they will look, but have yet to find it.

I was driving from West Yellowstone to Whitefish. About an hr into my drive a message popped up on my dashboard saying Maintenance is required, See dealership. The closest Toyota dealership that was on the way to Whitefish for me was this one in Butte. The older lady who helped me at the service area was SO kind and helpful! I told her I was from out of town. She was so quick to get everything checked out with my vehicle and had me out the door in less than an hr. She wished me a safe trip since I was all by myself. Incredibly thankful and lucky to have gone here and meet the sweetest/helpful lady ever.

Still fighting that my engine light on after they said it was the gas cap incorrectly put on.....poor customer service with bad management!!!!!

I recently was on a vacation by personal vehicle, and early one morning, as I was preparing to leave Butte Montana, enroute to Cody, Wyoming for an art exhibit, saw that my tire pressure light was on. Fearing the worst, I took it to this dealership, located close to the hotel I had stayed the night before. Arriving, the young woman whom I failed to get a name, was so helpful along with the other young women who I engaged in conversation. I was told a possible hour wait, but I was ok with that knowing the vehicle safety was my prime concern. I spent maybe ten minutes speaking with a new car salesman, "Dustin LeProwse" who told me of the many new Toyota products along with tremendous customer service. After maybe ten minutes, the young woman told me that my car was ok. Seemed the crisp air, (31 degrees), caused the light to come on. Also I was told the technician adjusted the tire air pressure. Overall I drove 7730 miles over ten days and I must say that the level of customer service I received was above board, and the dealership must be proud to have such valuable employees!!!

Bought a used car there about a year and a half ago. They were very decent. It took a long time to get the vehicle ready and then there was some problems with it. But they made good on it without any hassle. I would buy there again for sure (though their selection is very limited compared to most dealerships).
