They were great! The technician was very nice and knowledgeable about my new Magtag dryer. He showed up on time and left everything clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend them!

Terrible customer service. They don't return phone calls or make any effort to fix your appliances in any sort of meaningful time frame. And when the appliances you rely on to keep any level of sanity in your household are broken, you really need someone who will fix them a.s.a.p. Seem like nice people, but are terrible at running a business.
