I bought auto parts from there and 10 min later ı took them back to refund because they didn’t fit. They asked receipt, ı was going my car to get my receipt and my stuffs beeped on the door. ( because of their fault, they didn’t scan them so it beeped even ı PAID for them) and employee ***TAMMY W****which says customer SATISFACTION on her name card walked to me and said ı can’t take them outside she is gonna hold it . She didn’t ask anything else she just ASSUMED that ı stole them because she was being RACIST and take my stuffs THAT I PAID. When ı go back with my receipt she didn’t apologize, she didn’t say anything, she was being RUDE, and saying things like WHATEVER… I will also write on autozone's own website. Other customers also told me that ı should have write that review because they all saw that she was being RUDE ,RACIST and assumed me as a THIEF.
Very poor customer service. Very rude employee TAMMY W , Also manager was there all the time and he didn’t say anything and get involved AT ALL.

I'd like to give a huge shout-out to James for sharing knowledge and recommending options for distributor, cap, and rotor as I was unable to get my car started. As an excellent rep for Autozone, not only did he provide parts and tools, but he sent those items to the hotel I was broke down at. Shout-out to the driver (Tammy) for not only delivering parts, but for her help in identifying my "mis-steps" while installing parts/fasteners.

My alternator went on my truck. I was at the door at 8:01 (closes at 8pm) knocked on the door and they just looked at me and wouldn't help. Now I have to miss work tmr to get my truck fixed. Ughhh some humanity would go a long ways

Great customer service and open til late. Advised me on the right windshield wipers and then installed them in the rain in a couple minutes. Also got some non-toxic leather conditioner for my couch. .
