I have used Western glass on a couple of small projects and I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service given by Jim and his team. Even in the busiest of times for the construction industry in Bozeman, Jim has given my small jobs his full attention. He walked with me through the shop to select a particular piece of antiqued glass for a custom mirror. On another occasion he replaced a piece of custom glass for a kitchen cabinet free of charge. Western Glass installed wire mesh on another set of bar cabinets and it looks amazing. Lastly, and this shows how kind Jim is, I stopped by to drop off cabinet doors and I had a newly purchased lilac tree in the bed of our pickup. I mentioned casually that I was worried about the wind doing damage to the tree on the ride home and Jim went in the back and got a large sheet of butcher paper and a stapler and he wrapped the tree to protect it for the ride home. This is a perfect example of small town feel customer service in a not so small town. thank you Jim and Western Glass I’m a big fan!!

Incredible service! Reached out due to an issue with my sliding glass door, Jim was immediately helpful in offering replacement parts and advice to troubleshoot. Could not be more grateful for his help, and would recommend to anyone in search for a glass supplier in Bozeman.

Awesome job on plexiglass replacement for my truck topper and fair price. I just needed to “plug the hole” and they went above and beyond. Can be difficult to get on the phone, but leave a message and they will get back to you and work with you. Thanks guys!

Western Glass does not accept digital payments as well as they install faulty product. I decided to go with them initially due to cost savings but will end up paying more in the end. The picture attached is of the glass that they installed a year ago that now has huge streaks running up and down.

Not standing behind their warranty and I have waited over six months for someone to fix a broken window piece.My builder has stated 90% of his issues are with this company. Avoid at all costs.I’ve never seen so much incompetence and lack of accountability by a company. Total clown show and the they will be facing litigation shortly.

They did what two fireplace companies wouldnt when the glass on my woodstove door broke! The service was quick and the price was very reasonable. Great people. I highly reccommend them!

Bill was extremely accommodating with my schedule, as I had to travel in a few days and wanted to help my mother replace a plexiglass cover. Bill went out of his way to cut the sheet himself that day, and when it was discovered that the sheet was too thick compared to what was ordered, he corrected it the next morning. I’m so grateful to Bill and his staff.

Was referred to them by the milgard window company since they don’t stand behind the lifetime warranty, original purchased the windows, frames are cracking, inside glue between pain is dripping between the glass and looks horrible, Milgard sent the measurements to bill to order the windows no reply, I’ve called and left messages to order the windows no reply. Sent bill emails no reply.Don’t buy Milgard and I would pass on this window company if you can, but in this monopoly of a valley not many options. Lowes or Home Depot.

What would you do if a window in you RV blew out & you were over 2000 miles from home.Well go see Bill Hartman, the owner & gentleman, who told me bring it in & I will see what we can do. I drove in & Bill came out., took a look & said we can cut you a piece of Plexiglass, seal it, tape it & then make a safety bar on the inside to insure you can continue my trip & make it home. Two hour later, I was on the road...I cannot say enough praise about the energy, effort & good heartedness of Bill. I have worked in the customer service related business for over 40 years & I can probably count on 1 hand a gentlemant/woman like Bill.Five stars is not enough for Bill & his Western Glass Company, I will remember his goodness for the rest of my life !

They showed up at the allotted time for the appointment we had scheduled but when I called the office to speak directly to the technician about details regarding the measurements they took they wouldn't help me get in touch with the technician or answer any of my questions. The woman on the phone was exceptionally rude and seemed like she could care less about helping me. There was also no verification on their end that they fulfilled the appointment or even showed up other than me calling to check. I'll be using someone else for window replacements regardless of price.

Had this company order and install Milgard windows for us and it was overall a great experience. Took about a week for 15 windows and a sliding glass door. Some dust in the house, but nothing an hour of cleaning couldn't handle. The crew who installed it, I totally forget their names, were very polite and courteous. The foreman was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to work around us and give us quiet and space during calls, as we work from home due to Covid. They had the best price in town, and the fact Milgard comes with a lifetime warranty means they can't be beat. Would recommend.

I am a repeat customer using Western Glass. I had screens repaired before selling my old house. The work was done quickly and professionally. When I moved into my 35 yr old condo I found a few windows that were not functioning. Violet in the front office made sure the parts were ordered immediately. And when it came time to effect the repairs, it was done in a timely fashion. My old windows really need to be replaced but Western Glass did their best to fix the windows and make them function properly until I can afford to replace. I love these people! They are hard working, efficient, and are not satisfied until the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend Western Glass.
