Caitlin was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with to fix as she fixed a problem with my apple watch-iphone connection. Sue helped me replace my damaged phone while visiting Bozeman for work. I had no time to file a claim so I had to pay a little more to get a new one. It stung at first but was worth it cause I love my new Samsung galaxy s24 ultra.

I went in today for a phone upgrade/network switch. Jeremy was incredibly helpful and efficient in accomplishing this! He broke down all the pricing for the phone and plan for my budget and helped me get my number switched over from my other network. Highly recommend!
