“Outstandingly good transmission specialists here. Took my 30 year old car in when I had a line fail badly and was expecting a rebuild at minimum, if not complete replacement. To my surprise they indicated they could get parts all the way up to a new transmission despite my vehicle's age. Fortunately we did not have to go this route, I got lucky and they found no issues with the transmission so just fixed the line, repaired an issue with a motor mount, and refilled before sending me on my way.
They have a well earned reputation for honesty, they could easily have told me I needed an entirely new transmission and I'd just have accepted it but they seem to actually care about saving their customers money when possible. To top off the wonderful experience, a couple weeks later I had another small transmission fluid leak and they found it to be due to a faulty seal on the pan, repaired and refilled and charged me....*drum roll*...ZERO dollars.
I was beyond impressed and more than a little shocked that they charged me nothing for the repair.”
