I needed to get a rental car for one of my customers. I called and spoke with Bailey. She was great, helpful and polite. She listened to my needs and was able to handle it without a problem. I would highly recommend renting a car from Rent a Toyota/ Ressler Toyota rental car service.

I flew into Bozeman and had a three hour wait for a Rent-A-Car. So, I decided to give Toyota of Bozeman a call about renting a car. The man I spoke to said that he had a car available and it would be ready in 15 minutes. I took an Uber to Toyota and had a no Hassle experience of renting the car in less than five minutes. A day before returning the car, someone hit the side of the car. When I brought it in, Chris and his team put my mind at ease. They explained the process and explained how they would take care of processing the car insurance claim. By the way, their prices were the same as what I got from budget or hertz for a great quality SUV.

Wow! My experience using Rent a Toyota was over the top. Wyatt and Chris were incredible to work with...quite honestly...they exhibited genuine care to my family with presentation of the vehicle, Toyota's and my responsibilities, suggestions and recommendations in the area, and lastly caring enough to help me find a lost item I left in my vehicle after rental. In November, while my own car was being repaired (which would be 2-3 weeks) I rented a Rav 4 from
Toyota at Resslers!
I was so lucky to have Wyatt who showed me everything about the car and answered every single question I had about how to set things up, and adjust things,how to connect my phone to the Bluetooth etc! He was SO awesome! That day I pulled out every possible question that i could think of .....because I know how it feels when you rent a car, you leave and suddenly find that you have no clue how the heat works or the radio or the phone...etc! Even when i called about how some other features were working, he made sure i was comfortable before letting me go. He goes the distance to make sure all is well.I am so glad and so lucky to have his help!

Outstanding in all ways. Wyatt was friendly and responsive, explained everything, returned phone calls when we had questions, got us into the car and upon returning it, checked us in quickly. Car was great: fairly new model, hybrid so good on gas expense, comfortable, with great radio and bt/wifi options. Reasonably priced, especially compared to renting at the airport.

Toyota rent a car will be the only place I rent cars from. Chris is phenomenal! He helped me rent a venza that got me to California and back. No problems whatsoever. I appreciate all of the customer service Toyota rent a car provides. Overall best rental experience I’ve had.
