We've had our subscription to Tidal Wave for a while but generally only go through the wash. Today I decided I'd vacuum & really tidy up the car also. When I arrived, Andres was in the entrance booth & heartily waved at me. While I was vacuuming, he came up to ask if I had all-weather mats. I told him indeed I did. He said that as part of their services, they would wash them for me! I had no idea. Although they'll usually do this when you enter the car wash, he made a special effort to flag down an available attendant to take care of these. I was on the passenger side of my car & a few minutes later when I came around the driver's side, there the mats were all ready to go! Thank you too Andres & his crew for being a bright spot in my day!

an absolute scam I purchased a trial one month membership and did not want to proceed with it. I canceled it the day before they told me that I need to cancel it and that wasn't good enough. they went and charged my credit card again and said that I should have done it 5 days in advance. nobody told me I needed to do it 5 days in advance or I would have done it five days in advance. Emily at the office was no help and all she wanted was to make sure they had my money.

Great customer service. Friendly folks that look like their having fun while your vehicle is getting clean! Free vacuums are just the start…brand new equipment. Gotta visit.

Andres helped us set up a monthly membership. He was very kind and informative and had a bright personality. We vacuumed the truck afterwards, and he even offered to clean the floor mats. Thank you Andres!

Great car wash, best vacuums and amazing customer service. I showed up in a busted up old Ranger and they treated me like I was in the nicest car they had ever seen. Andres was very helpful and so happy. I left with a clean car and a smile.
