Possibly the best constructed event center for sound! Top notch. 2nd floor has permanent seats and NONE are bad. They did their homework and due diligence on this place!!!

Lots of good standing room from many vantage points so more people can get a good view. Sound was on point.

The Elm is such an awesome venue! Great acoustics! Convenient location and good parking. 5 stars to the higher ups for setting this beautiful space up!
