Sara was amazing and took great care of our four cats while we were in San Diego early in January 2023. The cats are a little temperamental, but Sara was willing and able to handle their personalities and I think the cats actually liked her. That's huge. We never worried one day about our cats and whether they were being cared for properly. I have every confidence in Sara and would definitely use her again.

Cheri and Sara do a wonderful job. We have used them many times over the past 9 months for daily walks and overnights. Without exception they have done excellent work. We have left our two dogs with them for trips from 3 to 11 nights. They email us after each walk and each morning and let us know how things are going. It's also comforting to have someone watch over the house while we are gone. Our dogs seem to enjoy staying in their own house while we are out of town and Tender Loving Critter Care makes that possible. Highly recommended.

Cheri and her helper are THE BEST! They provide consistently reliable, attentive, trustworthy and thorough pet sitting with a kind-hearted touch--they obviously LOVE their charges and we are so happy to have found them. We know when we're out of town that our kitties are in good hands with Cheri in charge and that peace of mind is priceless. At-home pet sitting is also so much healthier for our kitties--less stressful, no exposure to other potentially sick cats, they only eat their own food and they get the run of our home. Just say 'no!' to "kitty jail"!
