bought a 2011 chrysler 200 from them.. was told it had a parasitic draw and that if i had any problems they would help me only they couldnt find the problem and then when it was determined the car was a lemon they would not make it right. they are horrid at getting back to you in anything close to a timely fashion.. and their biggest repeated line was we didnt know... MONTANA DESERVES BETTER! dont buy from this snake pit!

you put a battery in it after i raised hell with you for not doing anything else! you all supposedly checked for the parasitic draw and found nothing yet it regulary ate batteries. you all were the ones that warned me about it to begin with yet now you claim there was no issue? what trash! you sent me to billion and yet wouldnt stand behind the sale enough to make sure they could have the time to properly diagnose it! instead you all left me hanging in the wind! when i told you all that you needed to make this right that you sold me a lemon! i was given a bs story and you all said you could sell it for me but that you all would get a cut! like you didnt already screw me enough! YOU NEVER ONCE STOOD BEHIND THE SALE! YOU NEVER ONCE MADE THIS RIGHT!
So some more time later... I do indeed have an answer and the mechanic only needed 3 hours to track and pinpoint your failure! How curious that the parasitic draw you told me it had was a gps tracker. You all should be sued into the ground! The fact that you all knew it was there then tried to deny it leads me to believe it is your aftermarket tracker in the vehicle. Avoid this snake pit at all costs!

Tom Storie was such an amazing help. I was in need of a car after I was in an accident and searched all over Bozeman for about a week. I came to Snyder Motors and Tom was so helpful, he helped me find a car but also went out of his way to do his own research to help me see if this car is what I was looking for. He also went above and beyond for me so I could leave by the date I needed to in order to get back home. So pleased with Snyder Motors.

Bought my first car from Brian with an I yesterday, I went in close to closing time because that’s when I got off work. Everyone made me still feel welcome, and Brian stayed late to finish the car deal for me. I was super nervous at first, as this was the first time I was purchasing a car, but the staff made it a painless experience, and I felt confident with my decisions once I left. 10/10 will be buying there again.
