Just hate how everytime I go here they have deals BUT there signs ALWAYS misportray the deal being ran. Don't put a sign out that says "we have a deal on our ion color line" if it's only for SOME OF THE COLORS. That's a waste of my time.

Sally’s sold be an expensive clipper, but it was defective. I had my receipt and tried to return it after only 3 days. They refused despite the fact they sold me a defective item! Definitely do not shop here unless you like throwing money down the drain. Unprofessional!

I normally avoid Sally's anyway due to the rude and unprofessional people they have working there, but sometimes I have no choice with certain items.They sold me a defective product for $65... a lot of money for something that doesn't work... and I had the receipt for it even. I took it back in store with receipt 3 days after purchase and of course they wouldn't take it back.To their credit at least the girl behind the counter was very sweet, but I got the impression she's new and hasn't yet been tainted by the rudeness of those above her.Anyway, with ulta beauty in town and internet access, I highly suggest avoiding Sally's if at all possible, unless of course you enjoy throwing your money away on broken items they won't replace.It was the final transaction for me at least, I certainly would rather spend my money on products that work and better service elsewhere.

I love sallys and always will, they've always got great customer service, and I can do my hair the same way a salon will for $30 instead of $300.

i bought the same purple hair dye i bought before and yes i checked the labels and when i put it in my bowl it was yellow there was no purple color in it what so ever and when i bought my first bottle it was purple the minute it came out. i think i got a defect and i’m a little upset because i doubt if i walked in there asking for a refund or replacement they would tell me no.

I was in Sally’s yesterday and I just have to say I loved my experience! The assistant manager Kelly, I believe was her name, (if I got the name wrong I apologize.. she was the assistant manager for sure though!) she was lovely! She was so helpful, very informative. I went in there all confused asking a bunch of questions. She helped me get all of the products that I needed. Thank you so much! I seriously appreciate the excellent costumer service. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

It was open when it was supposed to be! The district manager was so sweet, knowledgeable, and so very helpful. The cashier was just as personable! Disregard prior reviews, it is worth the trip in.

The products they offer is great, but it’d be helpful if they actually posted the correct closing times for their store and updated the website when they were closed for a whole week… wish we had a more reliable products store in Bozeman, customer service isn’t the greatest either most of the people don’t know what their talking about when you ask for advice, highly don’t recommend this store for the management and unreliability.

The store used to be pleasant, to come to… but sadly their business is failing here… The customer service is horrible they never update their store hours, I’ve tried going on multiple occasions when I’ve been in town they’re always closed i don’t know if they’ve gone out of business because they don’t put anything on the doors either and online it say their open…. So honestly don’t waist your time going here we have another store in Bozeman and online is always an option

They are never open anymore, even when it says they should be. I come from out of town, and this is the 3rd time that I haven't been able to get what I need. Amazon it is.

Worst Sally's location every. Advertised as open from 9-6, waited for the lady to return at 3 who locked the door behind her and told me she was on lunch for another hour. That alone usually isn't enough for me to leave a poor review but her attitude was beyond snippy telling me she'd be closed for another hour, like,did not have the look for her?Maybe I could've if Sally's was ever available or open here. I guess I should be grateful she even gave me the info? Maybe she had a bad day,sure...? I also didn't have the best day and wanted to get some self care items to make the day better... Denied! Guess I'll be buying things online rather than deal with such snubbing

You guys really should update your store hours online because this is twice now that I’ve showed up thinking you all are open but there are completely different hours on your door. Had the same discussion with a lady who tried to get in too who drove here from Manhattan thinking you were open. You guys were in there too and had the door locked 5 minutes before you closed and just looked at me while I tried to open the door. Not very professional :)
