With 8- 9 yrs. of using Pharmacy's in Bozeman,(I dare say every one of them at one time or another) Rosauers is by far the most professional, honest, & efficient I've found. Each pharmacy in this area has legitimate issues with lack of employees wanting to work. So many of those that are hired don't seem to be trained & completely lack any type of customer service skills. Now, with adding medication shortages to the mix, this scenario truly is critical & dangerous on so many levelsI'm past the age of being a business owner & wouldn't dream of offering "advice" or "solutions".Maybe I'm lacking patience, but these issues aren't new. There seems to be so little progress with programs, something, ANYTHING, where we hear about or see even a little progress with something that helps or works to alleviate, slow down or show anything positive even in baby steps that might offer some hope or optimism that there might be a smidgen of some light at the end of the tunnel?Today, for the category of Pharmacy's in this area, read the Reviews, they are horrifying but sadly true. Don't waste your time on anything under 3 Stars.

I called twice this morning to organize a prescription transfer, they said they would send over a fax and obtain the perscription, THEY FORGOT, so 2 hours later I had to go find the other pharmacy and ask them to just transfer it, then I went to go pick up the prescription again at rosaurs and they said it wasn’t processed yet and it would take 20 minutes, I was like okay I’ll just come back later, then I come back before closing and they have lost my prescription they have to go through the whole ordeal of finding AGAIN, and then shocker it’s still no processed and I still have to wait the 20 minutes. JUST BE WARNED.

The employees are very helpful, the store is clean, and the produce is fresh. It is a little more expensive than going to other grocery stores but if you live up near the area, the convenience of being just a few blocks away outweighs the money you'll save by going elsewhere if you only need a few item.

I really want to continue using Rosauers Pharmacy, but I can't even get my calls answered. The people are very nice and super helpful, but if I can't even get through to them on the phone, how can I use their services.

The pharmacy staff is very courteous, and the service is excellent. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions that you may have. It is my pharmacy of choice.

The drive thru is so convenient and they’re super knowledgeable and helpful. We moved to this pharmacy from another large one, primarily for the service.

I have shopped at Bozeman's Rosauers for 2 years. Coming from the Midwest I have shopped at Whole Foods for 30 years! Rosauers is really superior! Especially in the last 4 years wholeFoods which used to be a delight has gone down hill on a sled! Rosauers deli is clearly superior! Poor WholeFoods: they got greedy and it shows! I prefer Safeway, Smiths and Albertson's to WholeFoods, and for me Rosauers is number one. I hope they keep trying to improve, have a very visible suggestion box and realize that some people are discerning and will even drive out of their way for a single item! WholeFoods might be nice when they open, but give them 6-12 months, and they will not be worth it! Yes, I have shopped in many WholeFoods from Berkeley, CA to Washington, DC! I still would chose Rosauers!

I went in this evening with a emergency prescription to fill, I also had my energy filled 6 year old with me- it has been a day- everyone’s just trying to get home and beat the cold.. the pharmacy staff gave me laughs, filled the prescription in record time and all had positive attitudes and smiles! Thank you for being such a great team and helping me/ us get in and out so quickly!! Y’all are rockstars!!!

The Deli is awesome! Some of the best food in town. Especially the roast chicken! Highly recommend! Stop by for a great meal! customer service is awesome as well! Well played Rosauers

I typically enjoy shopping at Rosauers in Bozeman but today had a mixed experience. Shopping primarily for vegetables, I was helped by an employee when I could not find a product I wanted and was offered further assistance. This was very commendable. But, later when I checked out with the self-check system, I found that baby red potatoes that were on sale did not reflect the sale price. I asked the employee at the self-check out section to check the price. He called the produce department and they confirmed the price reflected on the computer, which I knew to be wrong. I finished my check out and then went back to the produce section to check the price. Sure enough, the sale price was less. I was given a refund of just a few cents, but I was amazed that there did not seem to be an attempt to correct the price in the system. While my purchase was small and did not amount to a lot of money, given the amount of potatoes the store may sell, it is cheating customers of an advertised sale price. I think the store should take this more seriously. What other sale prices have I missed out on???

This store is an overpriced, under-stocked mess. You never know if the organic item you are looking for is in the main store or the "huckleberries" area. I end up walking back and forth so many times it takes me twice as long to shop. Then I usually end up going elsewhere for at least 25% of.what I need.
