I just went to Rethink Thrift and I've been there before when they were at their old location. Prices then were decent and now for some items they're wanting retail prices and it's used! Not only that but I couldn't find my loyalty stamp card so they gave me a new one and then 5 seconds after they handed me my new loyalty stamp card I happened to find my original one! I was so excited and asked if it could be combined and they said no... I was right there and had just made a purchase. I would understand if I had left and come back but they had just handed me my new one. Pretty frustrating because I live an hour away and I took time to stop and shop there and they couldn't even honor that request, this may be one of the last times I'll be shopping there with how the prices are and the customer service isn't great.

One of the best thrift stores I’ve ever been, too! I walked out with so much stuff and it was all either gently used or basically brand new. Only spent about $40 and it was a lot. 10/10 recommend!

Overpriced and incredibly rude.
I picked up a book that caught my eye in a donation bin out front and wanted to take it in to see if I could buy it.
Didn’t even make it to the front door before getting yelled at for looking at the book.
Took a look inside and the store is full of junk. Looked at one price tag and walked out frustrated and confused that someone can have a business in Bozeman while being so rude and incompetent.

Rudest business owner I have ever met. She even goes out of her way to leave nasty comments on the negative reviews online (the positive ones are relatives or fake accounts, I assume). The prices are outrageous, and the products are junk. If this was the only thrift store in Bozeman, I'd drive to Butte before spending a dime here.

Do not shop at this store!! The owner is incredibly mean and extremely unpleasant, especially to children. I absolutely could not believe the way she treated us when we were there. Screaming, glaring, mean mugging and spitting nasty remarks at my kids all while completely ignoring my existence at the check out counter. Our first and definitely our last time shopping there and We were only there for like 5 mins. An exceptionally bad experience, Spend your money literally anywhere else.

So expensive! I didn't look at the clothes, maybe they were cheaper. But the furniture was so crazy. A small beat up old table was 300!! And a tiny beat up baby rocking chair was 40. I'm talking like 2 foot tall, scratched up garbage thing. Nothing affordable or thrift about their furniture whatsoever.
