I Had a scheduled oil change and I had questions about an alert that was displaying. Shane was very kind. He explained everything about my vehicle from system updates, the warranty checks, the alert that was displaying, along with my oil change and tire rotation. I always have a great experience with Shane and I know I can trust him and Ressler.

Awesome service! On vacation in Yellowstone, from Vancouver BC, our 2017 Silverado started to have misfires. We made it to Ressler Chevrolet, the closest chevy dealership. Once there, Misti was very helpful with our issues and 3 hours later we were back on the road, issues fixed and for a reasonable price. Many thanks to all the team !

The staff at the shop where very professional and friendly. I had an oil change and snow tire mounting for my vehicle. When I picked up my suburban in the parking area, one of the technicians saw me and waved and acknowledged. This may seem trivial but this level of courtesy is lacking in many businesses today. My truck was in need of urgent repair and Resseler found time and repaired the vehicle in prompt order while providing me with a more than sufficient loaner vehicle to drive while my truck was in the shop. Great customer service as well.

Horrible customer service. My truck has been in twice now for same issue. Picked it up last week, broke down again. I didnt get out of Bozeman. I live in Livingston. There has been very little communication from the service department. It has all been initiated by me. The communication i do get is automated bullshit. I haven't had my truck for 6 months. It is the only vehicle i have to get around and loaner vehicles are nowhere to be found. One would expect top notch customer service in this situation and Ressler has failed miserably in every aspect. I will NOT be recommending Ressler and I will be selling the vehicle I purchased. Horrible experience. Customers are just numbers at Ressler.
