“With 8- 9 yrs. of using Pharmacy's in Bozeman,(I dare say every one of them at one time or another) Rosauers is by far the most professional, honest, & efficient I've found. Each pharmacy in this area has legitimate issues with lack of employees wanting to work. So many of those that are hired don't seem to be trained & completely lack any type of customer service skills. Now, with adding medication shortages to the mix, this scenario truly is critical & dangerous on so many levels
I'm past the age of being a business owner & wouldn't dream of offering "advice" or "solutions".
Maybe I'm lacking patience, but these issues aren't new. There seems to be so little progress with programs, something, ANYTHING, where we hear about or see even a little progress with something that helps or works to alleviate, slow down or show anything positive even in baby steps that might offer some hope or optimism that there might be a smidgen of some light at the end of the tunnel?
Today, for the category of Pharmacy's in this area, read the Reviews, they are horrifying but sadly true. Don't waste your time on anything under 3 Stars.”
“We used this facility for the first time and were pleasantly impressed by their very friendly and helpful staff. Service was excellent and the prescriptions were ready very quickly. They also have medical supplies, personal hygiene supplies, gifts, snacks, wine and beer. We will definitely use this pharmacy again after several positive experiences.”

“Great service on a Sunday afternoon when they quickly transferred my infant’s Tamiflu script and had the insurance applied and the prescription ready before I arrived from Smith’s. I really appreciate how kind and fast they were as I had the said sick infant in tow after her urgent care visit! Shout out to technician Myles specifically.”

“our prescriptions were $0 here! $120 copay and then used a coupon from the manufacturer... zero...they didn't have the rx at first and so went to Costco who had it---costco with the coupon was $324 since the copay there was over $1000! no thank you. (the insurance company said both were in network)so went back to highland Park would've have given them 5 stars but had issue with the auto refills in the past..”
“On our RV trip stopped in for 5 gallon refillable water and few other items. Walked in and the Flower department was on the left. Smelled so good.. the floors are shinny the store is clean and well stocked everything was in its neat place oh and the donuts were freshly made. Bacon Maple bars fresh yummie.. Employees were very nice. Would shop there again.”

“I don’t know why this CVS has so many 1-stars. My experience was wonderful! I came from out of town and needed my prescriptions renewed. The pharmacist did it within 5 minutes. Also, I needed to pick up a few other over-the-counter items and the staff was so helpful in finding what I needed. Everyone had smiles and seemed genuinely happy to help all the customers.”
