“This store is TRULY unique in its products and policies! They will literally go above and beyond to help and accommodate you! They are the ONLY store that carries a certain kind of food that the other stores, even the locally owned, curated stores because whoever chooses which products to carry really knows their stuff! I don't want to give away all of the secrets I've learned (you'll have to check out my YouTube channel for that I'll lol!), but I feed the best food only to my dog, and I'm only able to do so because of this store! I think this has contributed significantly to his remarkable intelligence, which has enabled me to restart my life with him and a new career that documents life from the perspective of my dog (also see his YouTube channel lol!) We have run into troubled times recently and the people at this store really came through for us on 2 different occasions to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs and situation, which is just amazing! Please support this store and please give Kevin the Dog and I a like on our new vlogging channels as we try and tell our stories!

“I love that you can always trust the Viv to provide happy, healthy, well-socialized and ethically bred animals + the best supplies to help them thrive. If you are involved in the reptile or amphibian community here in Bozeman, you know what an incredible gift the founder, Lauren, left us. Why would you go anywhere else to find a pet? Going to commercial pet stores, you see a lot of sick animals and obvious missteps when it comes to husbandry and care. These guys know their stuff. My partner and I have purchased 3 animals from them over the past 4 years. They are a super sweet leopard gecko, a sassy/curious ornate uromastyx and (to be picked up soon!!) my dream reptile, a baby rainbow boa. The staff spend a lot of time with us each time telling us about their demeanor and personality quirks + how they may evolve over time. They talk through all of your concerns and help you make good decisions for your animal throughout their lives. They even offer resources for things like snake babysitting for trips. You can feel how much passion the staff has for what they do. It’s always worth the visit even just to say hi to the animals. Keep up the phenomenal work guys! I can’t wait to pick up Winifred this week! ?”

“I’ve been a customer for years. Even though I have a fence around the backyard with livestock wire to contain the dogs, I rely on the invisible fence to add an extra layer of protection that gives
me comfort in knowing that even the best escape artist won’t get past the double protection of a physical fence and an invisible fence . Jon has been terrific over the years.
