Never again. Toyota of Bozeman sold me a broken RAV4. In august if 2023 I purchased a brand new 2023 RAV4 limited hybrid. One month later the infotainment center started going black and resetting itself several times a minute. We were unable to play music, use navigation, or use Apple CarPlay because the entire system would reset randomly. We purchased this car for business purposes, and we were not able to use it for its intended purpose. After 3 trips to Toyota of Bozeman for diagnostics, they still didn't know what was wrong with it. Fast forward another month and half later and the issue still isn't fixed. I decided to get rid of the car, and sell it back to them. I explained the situation, that we were sold a defective product and we could not use it for its intended purpose. Toyota of Bozeman offered me $37,000 for the car, when I bought it from them 2 1/2 months prior for $42,000. I could have tried to sell the car myself, but every month I held onto it was another pointless car payment made so I went ahead with the deal. The very next day, my RAV4 is up for sale on their website for $40,990, almost $4,000 more than I sold it back to them for. Toyota of Bozeman took the opportunity to make a quick $4,000 instead of keep a loyal customer. In the past 5 years I have purchased 3 vehicles from Toyota of Bozeman, and have recommended them to my mother, who has purchased 2 vehicles from them in the same amount of time. We love Toyotas, but sadly Toyota of Bozeman missed an opportunity to keep us as customers. The RAV4 will be the last vehicle we purchase here. If we ever buy another Toyota, we will be making the short trip to Helena or Billings. Maybe we'll go full Montanan and get a Subaru next time. Peace out Toyota of Bozeman, it was fun while it lasted.

I took my wife's car in to have it worked on at Toyota of Bozeman on Huffine. In addition to the reason we brought the vehicle in, they "identified" several "critical" deficiencies. Included among them were torn rubber boots on the sway bar links. These did not wear out. They were less than two years old. I know because I replaced them myself. They were deliberately torn by one of the mechanics. I brought it to the attention of the dealer, who has chosen not to follow up with me, which steers me to the conclusion that the dealer is aware of the dishonest practice of vandalizing a vehicle so they can charge you to fix it, and is perfectly ok with it.

I have a one year old vehicle I got from Toyota of bozeman. Salesman was great. service department is a joke however. 27k miles on my tires and the front inside of my tires are so bald the metal is showing. Toyota care should have been rotating them. The shop I was dropping another vehicle at said I shouldn't drive on those tires anymore. I went back to the dealership after texting their customer support to talk to Myra (that's who the text says to talk to). The young girl in the service area wouldn't let me talk to her and just keep saying I need an alignment and tires. So I left and got tires and an alignment at the tire shop down the road. They did it within 12 hours and a better tire deal then Ressler. they couldn't get the car aligned so I should go back to the dealership to see what was going on. Went back to Toyota where I set up an appointment and they claimed they could align the car. I gave them my sheet from the tire shop. They said my car is fine and nothing is wrong. I asked why one area was still not within spec on their sheet if they indeed fixed it. They said there is nothing they can do and I'm fine. So I paid and left. i asked a friend who is a mechanic if it's really fine and he said no and to go back. He came in with me and was told there is nothing they can do. Eventually they said they would refund me since they couldn't get it aligned. No refund after 10 days of being there so I went back in. They claim it's coming. I also said I really just don't understand why I have a new car. 2022. And they can't align it or fix it. They sent a guy in nice slacks and button up to talk to me. He claims I just need regular rotations and I'll be fine. I said its A brand new car. I want it good not fine. He explained they can replace part by part and try to align it after each one but each alignment will be $170. And the parts aren't really cheap. I asked why it wouldn't be under warranty. He said for them to warranty parts they would have to measure everything and that takes a lot of time. He told me to make an appointment and he will make sure to be part of investigating it. I already took it in once and they claimed nothing could be done. And it doesn't sound like they will even try to find out about warranty cause it takes to much time. I left and called the Toyota 1800#. The girl wouldn't stop repeating tires aren't under warranty. She then said it's my choice to go elsewhere to have work done so Toyota can't help me now that I went to get tires elsewhere. She was also no help. Really can't suggest anyone go to Ressler Toyota of Bozeman for anything service related. And I sure won't buy another vehicle from Ressler.

I've been using Ressler maintenance since I got my Highlander in 2015. They were solid until recently. The last 3 visits the service has really deteriorated. Really long waits and poor communication seems to be the norm. Wes in particular has really been off his game. I won't be going back.

Toyota of Bozeman has simply the best customer service of any car dealer or service provider I've ever had contact with. Wes, in the service department, is the most gracious, helpful person west of the Mississippi, and even when I was going through a rough time with my broken down 2004 Tacoma, Wes had my back the entire way. He set me up with a 4 wheel drive rental car at a very reasonable rate so I could continue my adventure into Yellowstone, and continued to look after me through the repair process, washing my car and mats and keeping the vehicle in tip top form through the repair process. It's never fun to break down on a road trip, but the top notch customer service made the whole thing as smooth as possible, and my truck is running like new as well.

I arrive to pick up my truck after hours and realize I can't even get in my drivers door. Aside from this absolutely absurd park job. They misplaced my key fob. Literally nowhere to be found. Thanks for the double Uber ride just to get my second set of keys and still crawl through the back passenger door to my front driver seat. Complete let down and waste of time/money/gas. Your one job is to park the fucking truck right for a client to pick it up. Whoever this job is.. you should be fired. One of my previous experiences I went in because my tire pressure was low and I was pretty sure I had a nail Or screw in it. The young mechanic and Myra both assured me it's just the cold weather and air not being at right psi. I operate cranes and have my cdl. But respectfully I said okay and went on my way. All winter I had to reinflate the tire over and over again almost every two mornings. Finally getting sick of it I bring it back demanding someone to check again. What do you know.. it was a screw puncture. These people are fucking idiots. Constantly doing dumb shit pretending they are experts and it's just a let down in service. Thanks Toyota for making a great truck but terrible service

March of 2020 before COVID hit I had my two front head lights replaced. Today 1 year and 2 months later they both go out on the interstate at night. Since I worked from home the car has been driven maybe 2000 miles. I am disappointed in the product. The headlights in the car before lasted 5 plus years. Did I get ripped off? Maybe used lights were installed bc I was from out of town? Beware!

Pretty disappointed at the service from this dealer on a warranty repair. The parts were on back order, they never called when they arrived and now refuse to make the repair. Been going on for months. Called Billings, they're providing feedback and taking care of it within an hour. I will service my car elsewhere going forward. In my family we have 4 Toyota/Lexus vehicles. Will drive to Billings going forward to avoid the treatment we've received thus far.

I had a bad alternator and Candice in the service department went above and beyond taking care of my needs and even paid for my rental car! Needing to get your car fixed is not typically a good experience but Candice made it enjoyable for me, thank you!

Was on a road trip and driver's side window wouldn't roll down. Candice was able to squeeze us in for a same day troubleshooting appointment despite being booked out a few days, and somehow managed to fix the problem for free (!!!) without us even needing to drop the car off. She wouldn't even take a tip! Glad we called on Toyota of Bozeman in our time of need. Five stars.

I was recently stranded in Bozeman with car problems and Myra in the service department was extremely helpful. I also ended up buying a vehicle and Bethany was wonderful. I would not hesitate to Recommend to a friend and I plan to return in the future. The staff were wonderful, courteous and safety conscious while doing their jobs. Thanks Ressler Toyota and Ressler Motors.

The entire team was fantastic. My car salesman, Preston Knight, was awesome. I bought my car same day and Preston's customer service know-how and proficiency was excellent.

[SERVICE] After a long drive out to Montana our vehicle needed an oil change and tire rotation. Our vehicle was still under maintenance warranty but didn't know if our vehicle being a different brand would be able to be worked on. luckily for us we got our star of the day Madison Whirley who answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease she was so helpful getting our vehicle cover even helped us choose the right cabin filter that was in much need of a replacement. Wish they had a Madison Whirley in every Toyota location for now Bozeman is is the place to go.
