Had a great experience getting my taxes in order for my first year being self employed. They were always responsive and helpful and pricing seemed reasonable for the time they saved me trying to figure it out on my own. Would recommend using them.

Tammy was very short and rude on the phone. Calling from another CPA firm from Colorado, was very surprising to experience such arrogant response. Hung up on me three times saying they don't have time for the work without listening to the details of what the work we wanted them to bill us for had entitled. No humanity or helpfulness to refer us anyone else for the work. Would expect a lot more from someone answering the phone and representing the company... Very disappointing...
