I can’t say enough about Steven and his team at Mattress Firm. I was not the easiest customer trying to find a mattress to fit my husband’s and my divergent preferences. Steven was patient, insightful, accommodating and determined to make sure we were ultimately happy with our purchase!Our closest friends had a similar experience as well. If you need a mattress, I would recommend our Bozeman Mattress Firm over and over again.

Our experience dealing with David Martinez at the Bozeman location was nothing less than excellent. His product knowledge and the service provided was top notch. We ended up swapping out our initial choice after a couple months and David made it a simple, seamless transaction. Highly recommend Mattress Firm in Bozeman!!

Jacob and the rest of the gentleman were great to work with. Jacob is very knowledgeable of the mattresses and helped us get in and out within 10 minutes! I highly recommend visiting, and would choose this store over any others!

Bought a mattress here a few days ago and Steven was the best employee ever! Had gone to multiple mattress businesses that day and was exhausted asking question. Steven went above and beyond answering any question I had, going as far to call the owner of the store to give me a concrete answer for something! Would highly recommend.

This is the best place to come if you’re mattress shopping especially if you’re like me and know nothing. Mattress shopping is scary but Steve at this location helped me through it all and made it wonderful and painless. I’m so happy with his customer service and excellent knowledge on mattresses.

Excellent store to buy a mattress. Actually could lay on a great assortment of beds, as a knowledgeable, personable young man led us through the maze of choices available. Very glad we made our purchase there!

The service at this store is absolutely excellent. The guys working are always very friendly and helpful and take the time to listen to your needs and help you find the mattress that's perfect for you. They are very willing to work with budgets. I have now bought two mattresses from them and my experience has been great both times.

We went to Mattress Firm about 3 weeks ago, we didn't know what to expect but we walked out with a brand new bed and pillows and had the best customer service!
