Luci Edwards called me to do a house valuation for our bank so we could stop paying PMI. She called me and was talking very fast, with an accent, and I couldn't understand what she was saying. When she was done with her long introduction I told her that I couldn't understand what she was saying and to please repeat it. I wasn't quite sure what she was saying, but when I realized she was doing an appraisal/valuation, I asked her which bank hired her and she was rude and said I had to call my bank to find that out. Which is fine, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't being scammed. Once I figured out she was legitimate, I said great, when can you do it? She replied that she couldn't do it today but tomorrow at 1 PM. I told her I couldn't do it tomorrow. She said "then call me when you can" and hung up. I didn't even know her phone number, company and barely got her name. I called her back using the Caller ID and told her I wanted to make sure I got her number so I could call her. Before I could even finish she started accusing me of being rude, and in a long tirade that lasted about a minute I couldn't even get a word in, not to mention I couldn't quite understand all the vitriol she was giving me. When she finally finished talking I explained to her that I wasn't being rude, and that I just couldn't understand what she was saying . Then she attacked me more, as if I had berated her-- which I didn't at all, and kept talking for another minute. I told her she was very rude and I would never let her near my house. Long story short, she was very rude, impatient and I seriously can't believe that people work with her based on the experience I had. I would give her a negative 100 stars if I could. I have never experienced such an unprofessional and rude person on the phone. I told my bank that they better get someone else.
