Diagnosed my truck with bad fuel pump, fine and I thought do a tune up $4000 later went to truck and it would not start. Don tells me , looks like your tipm and it will be another $2000! I said so my fuel pump wasn’t bad,, awkward silence. Bad diagnosis! Asked for a split on the fuel pump and they gave me $80. Kicker is my truck gets worse mpg than it did before!

So grateful for Keysers auto!! Scott went above and beyond to help my husband and I. We appreciate their generosity in a stressful situation. Our car broke down as we were traveling home to MN and they were able to fit us in last minute to help fix it/run diagnostics. Unfortunately our engine will need replacing. Felt a little left out in the cold, Brought in my 1975 Chrysler Cordoba mostly interested in making sure the engine was sound and fixing the AC prior to going into summer. had it with the shop for around 3 weeks and revived a bill for over 3k. My AC still doest work, leaks and sounds awful, I was told they were looking for the new ac part and that they's be in touch- never heard back. I had them perform an oil change for my college daughters 2014 Jeep Compass. They charged $107 for an oil change using a synthetic blend. My daughter also commented that they were not "friendly" when dropping off the vehicle. In today's world of customer service, this is very disappointing, specifically when the service they performed is 30% more than the market average. Will not use Keysers again!
