I've purchased 2 trucks from Kendall in the past year. I'm impressed with their inventory and their ability to get what I'm looking for. Their service dept has so far been flawless. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Just a follow up, I will say that the owner did reach out to me via yelp and the GM Jeremey did contact me. Jeremy was very apologetic and polite. His employees told him that it was just a miscommunication and the vehicle was only out on a test drive not loaned out. I'm not prepared to say he was lying but I think his employees may have stretched the truth on what they shared with him. No one ever mentioned it was a test drive or I would have waited. If it was a test drive why would the sales rep say they would call them to have them bring it back in ? It just raised more questions for me. But I will say Jeremy did try and work a deal out on the F250 and also I F150 hybrid. The F150 was a beautiful truck and had it been an 8cyl rather than a hybrid I would've accepted the deal. Sadly on the F250 we were abut $5 k $6k off on the deal. I felt they were law balling me on my trade to make up the difference for what they were discounting the trucks for. Again Jeremy was very professional and polite and it helped a lot. But sadly we couldn't come to a deal. Personally the impression I got Sunday when I came in was that no one could be bothered and it all started from the manager Trevor Something I have been taught my entire life is " you only get one chance to make a first impression. ". Sadly my first impression was not very good.

Waited 2 months to get my diesel truck looked at. Signed up on line for diesel work apparel that is only to get an oil change. Could have been me miss reading website but staff was competely rude and not helpfu.

If your looking to purchase a Ford keep in driving to Billings, Bozeman ford was bad and these guys are worse, just hiding behind a franchise now. Zero customer service, Don doesn't answer or return calls and the other staff is just outright rude. Jerry doesn't return calls or give a crap and when you call corporate in Oregon or Idaho they tell you too bad deal with it locally. Dealer mark up, the bozeman tax, head over to Billings ford and they will take care of you.

I dropped off my truck October 2nd to get my DEF sensor/tank replaced, the sunroof guides/rails fixed, and the tailgate latches fixed, was told it will take about 2 weeks. Although it took them almost 5 weeks to complete everything, Kahla, my service advisor kept me up to speed on my trucks progress throughout the whole process. Kahla and the Kendall Ford service department were also very accommodating by letting me take my truck while it was waiting to be looked at initially and again while they were awaiting for the arrival of the parts. Although it took a few months to get my truck in when booking the appointment and longer than expected to get everything done, the customer service made up for it.

Update to my experience. After realizing the issue, Kendall Ford reached out to me and made every effort to fix things and get the experience right. Thank you, Kendall Ford, for stepping up, taking ownership, and delivering on customer experience. I am a happy customer again and look forward to my next service experience.

Our car has been in the shop for a month now (dropped off Aug 8th) and we barely have any updates on it. The last we heard, the mechanic wasn’t sure if it would need a total engine replacement or if it was fixable. Mind you, we are talking about a new 2019 escape (bought brand new at the Ford dealership), with less than 35,000 miles in it and already having engine issues.Services: Engine repair

Kendall Ford appears to have lost the home town touch that Bozeman Ford had. We have been customers there for many years with a wonderful sales associate Mark St. John ( still wonderful). Saturday we stopped by to look at a specific vehicle we had in mind and Mark was not in that day. We were assisted by someone that spent his time talking about how quickly things are selling due to their customers at the Yellowstone Club. as we were looking at a vehicle another sales associate remote started it and came walking out bragging that he just sold it for cash and nearly pushed us aside so that he could drive it out of the way. In no way were we helped to find another alternative vehicle or made to feel like our business was welcomed. Ugh! We planned to pay cash as well, maybe they need to remember to treat all customers as special. Just sayin'. Disgusted!!

We would like to send out a huge thank you to Dave and Tim from Kendall Ford in Bozeman, Montana. INCREDIBLE customer service!!! My wife and I have been traveling/working cross country for the last year...(hopefully another year or so to go). We had a major issue with what sounded like the worlds largest and obnoxious metal baby rattle coming from under our transmission area. Not wanting to possibly further damage our truck and end up stuck on a mountainous roadside....we were basically stuck until we figured out the trucks issue. As we pulled into the dealership (towing our travel trailer/our home for the next year or two.....Dave the Service manager came out to greet us at our vehicle. He heard our issues and concerns with our F150. He directed us where to drop our home on a nearby lot, then directly us to the service bay. Thats where we met Tim (the Ford Technician). Tim was already committed to servicing other vehicles......he still graciously offered to put our truck on a lift, test drive the truck to recreate the rattling and hopefully diagnose the problem (of course....whenever you have the Technician in a vehicle to let them here the noise.....it never makes THE noise. Ug. He did all that and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem. The Ford oil velvet (diaper) cover plate had disconnected from the front two bolts creating an air dam....thus allowing rocks and dirt a path into areas where would create the rattling noise and possible cause severe damage. The cover was replaced, vehicle service with an oil change (it was due) and problem solved! All at a VERY reasonable price. We drove in cold hoping to make an appointment within the next few days (all RV parks were full/busy week in beautiful Bozeman). Our expectations were absolutely exceeded thanks to Dave and Tim! You shouldn't have to wait for 8+ weeks to get your Ford fixed and warrantee work done at the Ford dealer.That's just not acceptable.

My car needed a driver window control switch replaced and a recall part replaced. Jason Santistevan got the job done for me in a timely manner. He was very easy to work with and an all around friendly guy. I really appreciated the updates throughout the repair process as well.

if you have ever seen the movie "Matilda" it came out in 1996. Danny Devito plays a crooked car salesman where he lie's and does whatever he can to rip people off. This wasn't the whole movie but when I was at Kendall Ford of Bozeman I was reminded of that crooked car salesman/ women both times. From the lack of communication and all of the false information I was given. I would not recommend ever going to this dealership unless you are looking for the type of people that'll lie straight to your face without any hesitation, if so then Kendall Ford of Bozeman is the perfect place for that.

Thank you to the Sales Manager Chris, he was really helpful. He allowed me to purchase my dream car. Thank you to Tom for helping me out every step of the way to get the car purchased it was not easy since I was purchasing from out of state, but thanks to Chris and Tom I was able to get it done. Thank you to Quincy the Finance Manager for being helpful in handling the transactions.

Not willing to negotiate on the price of a new truck so I bought one elsewhere.
