“Yes the clothes are awesome, and incredibly high quality, but the service I received today was stellar.I had purchased a pair of jeans that were too big, but had already removed the tags AND did not have a receipt when I went back in. There was a sign that clearly stated the return policy, which I was not incompliance with - But I asked about an exchange anyways.Not only did the gal who helped me bring me other pairs and sizes jeans for me to try on, she did so with a kind heart and understanding beyond what I was deserving of. She took a direct monetary loss simply for my own satisfaction as she will not be able to return or sell the jeans I returned.Thank you, thank you, thank you! You earned a lifelong customer today! “I was traveling through Bozeman this summer as part of our wedding roadtrip and destination wedding in West Yellowstone. I discovered a few days before our wedding that my engagement ring diamond was loose. I went to another jewelry shop in Bozeman first, hoping they could quickly help tighten the diamond to prevent me from losing it at a time when I really needed to be wearing it. They turned me away because they were "too busy" as soon as they realized I wouldn't be purchasing anything new in their shop. I tried Benjamin Jewelers, and the shop owner immediately took my ring to the back and had the diamond tightened down in less than 5 minutes! He didn't bat an eye at my request, charged me minimal despite the urgent nature of my problem, and was extremely polite. I am forever grateful for the quick, efficient, and kind service I received at this shop that enabled me to wear my engagement ring without worry on my wedding day! Thank you so much!”

“I worked with Babs to design the most BEAUTIFUL ring ever. I have a pretty special engagement ring and I wanted a unique wedding band/mother’s ring to add to it. In just one meeting, Babs was able to understand what I was looking for and make recommendations on how to make it even better. I love my new ring so much and even cried when I picked it up.
