I have worked with Jay on several transactions both as a real estate agent and personally. Jay is very professional and always looks out for his clients best interest. He is always there to lend a helping hand whether it be helping someone move or removing garbage etc. from a property. Jay is very knowledgeable and experienced in real estate and all around a good person. I would highly recommend him.

I used Jay and his team (Hayley) for both the sale and purchase of a new home. In this crazy market Jay is the guy to go to. Lots of fly by night agents out there trying to do crazy deals, crazy offers, that are new to the game trying to make a quick buck, Jay is not one of them, he is a local( Born and Raised), and has been doing this for a number of years. Honesty, and integrity are his middle name, and he is also a Veteran He got top dollar for the sale of my house and got me into my dream property for below asking (which is unheard of in this market) He knows all the right people to get a quick close done and contractors who are responsive in this market which is a must to get the deal done. I was having a hard time dealing with Real Estate agents. When I got a hold of Jay, I described my problems and he said with boldness, "You need a buyers agent". I was drawn to his confidence, competency, credibility and go getter attitude. He is very intuitive and understood my needs and desires in property and location. He led my wife and I to the perfect property, in which we described on the very 1st day. Then he worked really hard and got us a great deal on 44 acres and we got immediate equity. When I was looking for a house to buy in 2016, I was put in touch with Jay by a realtor in CA that I knew, which is where I was living at the time. Jay did all the legwork to find a house and facetime to walk through them since I was not local. We found a great house, and then fast forward to 2021 when we were ready to sell the same house. I contacted Jay, and again not living locally was depending on Jay and his team to bear the load. We had renters in the house since we had relocated out of state for work so we knew there would be some extra coordination since their lease was almost up. We listed the house and had offers within the first week, but unfortunately the offer we chose had trouble getting financing. Jay moved so quickly that it was as if we had just listed the house when additional offers started coming through. Jay took over managing the renters as well as coordinating some work that was done on the property and handled everything to get closed on the house before our deadline. I can't say enough about the hurdles that he jumped through to make everything happen and the extra mile he went since we were not local. There's not another realtor I would ever use if we buy again in Montana. Thank you Jay and Hayley.

Jay is the best realtor you will find anywhere. His commitment to your sale is unlike anyone else. Everything he does he treats each transaction like it is his own and pours his heart into it. I really couldn’t say enough great things about Jay. If you need something done he is your guy. I wouldn’t look anywhere else for a realtor and once you call him you see just what I’m talking about.

Although this is Jane's computer, David and I (Judy) bought a home from Jay. The thing I liked the most was it was full service from Jay no matter what it was we asked of him. Always cooperative and professional. Jay goes above and beyond the call of duty. I would use him again in a heart beat!
