I would rate Jackson Hewitt a negative 2 stars but they do not show negative stars so I guess they think all their employees are gems well I got a bad apple and got charged over 600.00 to do my taxes and the lady did not file my state taxes until all the federal taxes were gone and when my wife called to find out about our state taxes the guy she was talking too had a real bad attitude. I am not saying this just to keep people from going to Jackson Hewitt this really happened VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I made a trip from bozeman to the Billings Jackson Hewitt. Id rather have ladies that have worked there 20+ years work on my taxes then college kids who are younger than me (I’m only 26) and asking me questions about if it looks right. I love how kind and knowledgeable these ladies were and appreciate them greatly.

Terrible, unprofessional, unprepared, not knowledgeable. We went to have taxes done. The woman kept calling/emailing someone for answers. She appeared to be on some kind of drugs or medication as she was very fidgety. She did not know how to prepare simple land sale capital gains forms. They said they would call us and never did. We went back and grabbed our documents. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

WONDERFUL experience! I had four W2s from three states, housing documents, and a plethora of questions, but Justin made it all so simple! I was in and out in under an hour, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to talk to.Highly recommend!

Justin was awesome !couldn’t of made the process easier last year I used H&R Block on 19th and it was the worst tax experience of my life they paper filed wouldn’t stay in contact and I still haven’t got my return from last year . I also paid about half the price at Jackson Hewitt save headaches save money this place was great all thanks to Justin !
