I have been going to the store multiple times a day for years, I don't think I'm going to do that anymore though. They have all new employees and not a single one of them knows what they're doing.. Clearly something has happened in the last month or so that made all of the staff leave. Don't know what don't really care. But if an employee can't run a credit card, they shouldn't be left alone on the register, Dude kept telling me it was my card. The same card I use in that store multiple times a day...Guess what? I drove down the street to town Pump, and it worked perfectly fine.
If your register isn't working, just say that.

I suggest everybody to steer clear of this location. Worst place to be opened in Bozeman.
The amount of issues this store has, makes me wonder why it's still open for business, I mean they failed the safety inspection by the fire department, the management is the WORST. Management will literally get mad at to you for absoluely everything, especially if you are an employee there, because within a week of being hired you'll get terminated for absolutely nothing.
Not to mention that some of the employees will litterally treat you as if they are entitled and know better than anybody else, and will yell at you for either not showing ID for tobacco products , while the rule of "you don't need to show ID, if you look over 40 years of age" exists, or for not putting something back the right way, or not buying something after a change of mind.
And not to mention that management will treat you with the most utter disrespect if you are an employee, like firing without your knowledge, scolding you for wearing a pair of sunglasses outside, wearing a hat inside (even if it has the CircleK logo on it), will cut your hours without your knowledge, giving you write ups for "hurting your coworkers feelings" boo hoo, cry about it. The worst part is, if you don't do 1 thing right you'll get every punishment in the book
The worst part about all of this, is that corporate won't do anything about the complaints they receive wether it be from a customer or an employee, and they just let management get away with whatever they want
Do not shop here, do not work here, do not even step foot near here, it's NOT worth it.

I went through the car wash 12/22/23. The car wash did not get all the dirt off my tires and car. I went in and talked to the cashier and asked if I could either have a refund or go back through the car wash. She started yelling profanities at me. I told her I was going to talk to the manager. She told me she was the night manager. I will never go to this store again.

I’m leaving this store 3 stars solely because I had ZERO issues with it until Dawn got hired. By far the dip in an otherwise gray day if she’s behind the counter. I know she works there because her mom runs the place and they are short staffed, and trust me I get it, everywhere in Bozeman is dealing with that problem. Customer service and overall attitude should matter at a place where you have a high level of customer service required of you throughout your shift. That being said, besides her, this has been our go to store for years now, we know everyone, so I still go. My faves are the late night Staff, who is ALWAYS (but I don’t usually buy beer?) great. And the reg crew in the mornings, they are what kept me goin from the start. But ya, she’s gotta go. Horrible attitude.

Not crazy about Blue Planet gas they market but you can find some good deals inside the store and the car wash is excellent. For a GREAT cup of coffee:Get an X-Large cup.Fill it at the coffee machine with SMALL Columbian blend PLUS SMALL Rainforest Blend and select "Fill To Rim" for both.Add sugar if you like.Add Hazelnut creamer for a truly tasty treat!Be careful because that cup will be hot!

Terrible customer service, the guys in the gas station were harassing me and refusing to take my $100 bill because they thought it was fake. I’m pretty sure it’s because they’ve never seen one before. They then announced over the intercom that I had fake money. Who hired these jokers. They should be fired

Who IDs a 19 year old trying to buy a lighter and then refuses to sell it to them because “it’s illegal to sell a lighter to anyone under 21”. You can have your own store policies but don’t claim something is illegal when it’s not

This gas station has terrible customer service. Their “company policy” is that they don’t sell alcohol after 1:45 AM, despite being allowed by the state to sell until 2:00 AM. The late night staff lock the beer cooler up five to ten minutes before their 1:45 AM cutoff time. They then deliberately avoid the counter during that time and berate people trying to grab a sixer after getting off work. I love nothing more than seeing somebody suffering from delirium tremors refuse to serve myself and my friends. Go to any Town Pump location in Bozeman instead. You’ll get better prices, better selection, and better customer service.
