“I can’t share enough positive things about zephyr. I’m from Bozeman originally, but have lived out of town the last several years. On my weekend visits home, I always make sure to take a class or two because Z fills my cup physically and spiritually. It’s a safe and welcoming environment to push yourself. Much love to you, Z!”

“Chris helped me immensely . I have arthritis in my neck and it really bothered me while skiing . PT at ortho facility wasn’t helping. Last Fall Chris showed me how to strengthen my arms (on his equipment) to take pressure off of my neck/shoulder and it worked! I noticed a huge difference when skiing this season!”

“100% recommend this gym to anyone looking to drop in somewhere in Bozeman!! Extremely friendly staff and members, clean gym and plenty of equipment, and just a great, welcoming atmosphere all around! Registering for a drop-in from the website was easy, and they responded very quickly via email to any questions. Plus, they follow Mayhem programming, so you're guaranteed to get an awesome (but easily scalable for all levels) workout!”

“As a professional skier, proper strength training and preparation is essential. Thankfully, I stumbled upon John and the Altitude Athletics team and they have transformed my training regimen. The staff's warm welcome and genuine interest in my goals set the tone for what would become an exceptional training experience. Their expertise in ski specific training is evident, and their passion for helping athletes reach their goals shines through in every session. The group training classes create a fun and motivating environment that pushes you to strive for your best with each workout. What also stands out about Altitude is their well-balanced training program. It's not just about lifting weights, it's about targeting every aspect of performance - flexibility, strength, power, endurance, injury prevention, nutrition, etc.I could not recommend Altitude Athletics more highly, especially for any athletes looking to take their performance to the next level.”

“The Mountain Project not only helps you get in killer shape, but it's so much fun! The amazing instructors make a usually-intimidating practice of group fitness inclusive and super playful. In addition, I was a little nervous about coming in during COVID-days, but I felt safe the whole time with the flow of the space, mask policies, and boundaries for each individual. They are doing such great work! Thanks for keeping our community well in many ways.”

“I’ve been doing lagree at Helse for over two years, going every 2-3 days, and it’s completely transformed my body. It’s low impact, high intensity, slow-movement (lunges, arms, etc) with weights. Lagree is not based on flexibility or balance like yoga or Pilates. Although it has improved my flexibility a lot, I’m unsure how much of that is because I always stretch after. The instructors and attendees are friendly, but for the most part it’s easy to get into a zone and be in your own world, it’s not interactive at all once you learn the moves. My waist has decreased by multiple inches. I actually thought I had cancer because there was a weird mass in my stomach, I even asked a doctor about it - it turned out it was abs. Even in high school when I was rail thin, I didn’t have a giant hard mass in my abdomen like that, and I truly didn’t recognize what it was. ? Recently hit a 250 milestone, got this super cute water bottle to celebrate it.”

“Cody spent an hour giving me some specific guidance to some tools to increase my strength. First time ever joined a gym in my 70 years and he was very intuitive to my goals. I will seek him out for further training”

“Good gym overall.Good selection of equipment. It’s never, ever busy, always know I can find machines at almost any time of the day. Some of the equipment is a bit out dated, but nothing to note of that’s out of the ordinary.Place is clean enough. Not exceptionally, but enough so.Complains are that the memberships costs have gone up $10-$15 since I started (now it’s $50 for a month). It’s an ok price, but the increase was a bit much for me.Staff is available and friendly enough.Overall would recommend because it’s more like a local gym. But I will note that it is fairly minimal in terms of services offered and amenities.”
