From Geran's immediate greeting on our first arrival through repeated questions about models and options and helpful guidance and responses about licensing and even overnight transmission of documents to Livingston DMV by Austin and further help from Brian I cannot imagine what more could have been done to make our purchase experience more successful and enjoyable.

Sold me a car with a broken transmission. I had them look at it three times before they told me to go somewhere with mechanics that actually know what they’re doing on a Nissan. Now I’m out a car for a couple weeks to even a couple months and Austin, the manager told me I’m SOL and won’t help with getting a loaner car. Also took wayyy too long to get my paperwork done and the only reason it actually got done was because I walked in multiple times to pester them about it after leaving many voicemails and never getting a call back. Salesman are nice though.

We were on a road trip from Washington to Wisconsin for Christmas, and an alert showed up on my Audi Q5 “drive system malfunction”. We had to limp from Butte to Bozeman with my car. Called the Audi dealership an hour before they closed, they scheduled us for the first appointment the following morning. We took it in, and an hour later they had fixed the issue (which was caused by Audi Spokane Valley!) Thank you so much Audi Bozeman!!

Throughout the entire process, Colter was honest, helpful, and prompt in addressing any concerns or questions I had. Even when the vehicle I had planned on buying was sold by another salesman, he was quick to call me and help me reserve a newer model in a color I liked so much more. I'd recommend him and his services to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

A bit disappointed with my first service visit at this dealership. I scheduled an appointment for my 20k inspection, repair to my sunglass holder and have batteries replaced in both my key fobs. When I arrived to pick up my car they did not fix or even look at the sunglass holder. It was clearly listed on the work order. They told me they could order the parts and I could make a new appointment. Which isn’t really convenient since I drive 2 hours to get there.I then asked the gentleman if they did in fact remember to replace my batteries in the fobs and if they were programmed. He assured me they took care of it. Well they did not take care of it because 30 minutes on the road my replace key battery warning came on!I’m definitely not satisfied with the service I received and left a voicemail that evening for the service manager and have yet to get a call back or apology for their lack of service.The best part of the whole experience was the shuttle driver Jake Renner. He was wonderful and provided excellent service and even great recommendations for winter tires. A+ for Jake. C- dealership
