“Todd and Karen were awesome to deal with when we went in to discuss a new built-in entertainment center. They listened carefully and documented what we wanted. I had a drawing and measurements, but Todd came to measure to make sure our new built-in fit precisely. Joe and Josh installed it and did a fabulous job. It turned out beautifully, and exactly as we wanted it. The quality of workmanship was excellent. We would highly recommend Black Timber Furniture and will defintely have them do our next project.”
“We had bought a kestrel sofa over A year and a half ago, the poor craftsmanship was starting to show about a year after owning the sofa. The sofa springs started to come through the cushions stitching started to come apart. The pillows would not remain attached to the Velcro. Needless to say it was a complete and utter disaster. I called Ashley‘s, to explain my situation and the craftsmanship of the sofa and they didn’t hesitate to refund my money in store credit, we picked out a new sofa they came and got the old one and delivered the new one. The customer service is exceptional and I will definitely be doing business with them again.”

“Great store we love it, have been going since it opened. The one woman Sarah ( I believe her name is) is absolutely wonderful and very friendly.
Most staff is wonderful, our only complaint is the blonde woman named Lorna. She has always been extremely rude and very short with us, and other people for absolutely no reason. And she has a lot of attitude towards people, and won't say hi even. We had purchased something that had a discounted price sticker on it (and placed that face up) and she looked at it and rang up the item at the non discounted price. When I pointed out the sticker to her she huffed and rolled her eyes and complained that "now I have to rescan everything".”

It has ebbed and flowed over the years but our checkout clerk Owen was really great and amazing with our daughter and the Starbucks barista, Nadia went so above and beyond for my baby girl that it brightened our whole day. “I was looking for a new bed for my son and of course I went online first but who really knows how a bed will feel unless you try it! We went to Mattress King because word of mouth. We were greeted by Kyle and he was super helpful, showed us what I had found online-which actually wasn’t what my son liked. He was very helpful explaining the differences on the beds, kept my budget in mind and we ended up finding the perfect bed. Quick and easy, no pressure. I will be going back when the time comes.”
