Emily was amazing with my numerous printing projects. She helped me understand what was possible, find the paper that I wanted, and work within my budget. The store is very nice and everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. I have had disappointing experiences at other print shops in Bozeman, so I will definitely return to this Fedex with my future projects.

My package was scheduled for delivery between 11 am and 3 pm. The FedEx driver delivered to the house across the street from me at 5 minutes to 3 pm, but didn't come over to my house with my package. It reached the end of the day time frame, and he never returned with my package. This is Montana and they have a problem with getting competent drivers here.

They failed to put in the apartment number I provided, resulting in the package ending up with who knows where. Currently it's lost. Staff need to be more diligent in matching the address, and then confirming with the customer it's correct.
The redeeming aspect of my visit was friendliness, but that does not excuse lack of diligence when it comes to their primary objective, ensuring a package goes where it should.

Nate, who works at this store, was so helpful. I’m a paraplegic and couldn’t get out of my car due to a malfunction in my power chair. I called the store and Nate was kind enough to help me . I so appreciated his support.

Great building, great customer service, GREAT VIBES. I’m probably the dumbest package-returner alive and I hate going to post offices but this place always helps me and the employees are always nice. Shout out my girl Justice, she never lets me down ??

Staff is always helpful and nice and the printers are fantastic. You can use a USB or just email whatever files you want to print to yourself and then send the files through your phones email to the printer (in person). Bonus, there's a coffee shop right next door!

I paid for FedEx fragile packing, but my vintage turntable was just dropped in a bigger box and left to slam around during shipment. It arrrived in pieces. Thanks, FedEx!

Shadey company that not only allows lazy drivers to leave packages where ever, but also covers possible package theft by dropping you into a customer service automated call system loop in which you can't talk to an actual intelligent human being. Broken shipment confirmation links. Customer service representatives can't be understood because of mumbling and accents. They eventually promise someone will call you to "expedite" fixing the problem, but a week later and still no correspondence.This is now two weeks since they lied about delivering the package to my rural address. (I was literally in the driveway for hours during the "confirmed" time of delivery). I also had previously given directions to the driver to complete another rural address delivery, and told him I was also expecting a package and gave him directions in person in advance. There is no excuse for this deplorable business practice and horrid customer service. Someone (s) needs to lose their job for theft.

Anne was the only employee working. She had lines of people on top of my 21 boxes (645 lbs) of things to ship!!!! With trial and error she stayed as kind and as helpful as she was from the very beginning!! Took us a very long time, I spent 3 hours in that FedEx trying to figure out how to ship this all cost effectively and correct, she made it wayyyyy better to be there. Anne deserves a bonus or a raise for how much she did bending over backwards for us and still getting all the other people in and out, satisfied!!!! SHE STAYED PAST HER SHIFT AT CLOSING TO MAKE SIRE WE GOT THIS DONE AND CORRECT! 5 star employee!!!!! Especially with NO HELP

I've been to this store many times for many different printing & shipping needs over the past few years, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the employees there. Super friendly and eager to help, they've easily resolved big and small problems alike! Highly recommend.
