How does this pharmacy claim to be open 24 hrs but it most certainly is not open 24 hrs. Ridiculous makes me mad I won't shop here ever again because of this.

Hours of operation listed here and on platforms like Uber are very wrong. No one will fix this. Staff are incredibly rude. Hopefully goes under and something better goes there

It's weird to see 7 people working at the pharmacy and they still are so disorganized and confused they can't even handle a line of 4 customers. The management here has bigger issues than not enough staff. It looks like they are constantly playing catch up and rearranging the store for no particular reason. This is a problem nationwide with CVS, not specific to this location.

Worst CVS I’ve ever used. Do not recommend using their pharmacy. Slow refill times. I’ll get a text my refill is ready and show up and it’s not. Not reliable for prescriptions whatsoever.

Made an appointment online for a flu shot and received a confirmation email. When I arrived, the pharmacist said they were unable to do the flu shot because they were new. Please do not have online appointments available if you can’t do them. There was also no soap in the women’s bathroom. Poor experience overall.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COST FOLKS... I was sent a text confirming my prescription was ready this AM. I arrived promptly at 10AM (Opening Time), was the first person through the door, and was told the prescription was in fact, not filled, and it would be 10 minutes. No problem. Fast forward an hour later after being told to wait once again after politely inquiring once before at about minute 40, and was told my insurance rejected the prescription. Background. My Wife picked hers up four days ago after her fourth try at it, and there was no insurance issue, only their issue of never filling her prescription. Also, the ONLY reason we go to CVS is they are on our insurance plan, and we are required to use them. Anyway, the lady behind the counter then tells me there are several people in front of me, and they were working on it... I pointed out politely that I was the first one in line and was told there would be a 10 minute wait. She proceeded to tell me to "calm down Sir". Very nice approach to customer service. These folks are definitely bottom of the barrel, and should be ashamed that folks in need count on them.... BEWARE

Absolutely ridiculous. I was first in line waiting for them to open. I had to call my wife to let me know our insurance and as she was telling it to me, the pharmacist asked me to step inside while I get it. So I did. Keep in mind I got the insurance within 30 seconds. There were 18 people behind me in line. The pharmacist continued to serve one after the other while I waited and then proceeded to ask me to get back in line. I have now waited for 1 hour while originally being first in line. What a joke of customer service. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

I've given this Pharmacy so many chances, and they continue to fail miserably. I think the bottom line is they can't keep people.

Really rude staff and horrible wait times. Unfortunately my prescriptions are cheaper here with my insurance, sigh. Go to Rosauer's if you can, they're great :)

unfortunately, all the comments about poor service is true. The lines are long, the employees, atleast in pharmacy, is rather abrasive attitude. After waiting 90 minutes, longer than the 20 minutes they stated, i had to leave with out one of the prescriptions because my mother had a doctors appointment. Oh, after waiting 15 minutes in line, the cashier at the pharmacy refused to ring up retail purchases. That would have been another 30 minutes. So, we left with only the scripts.

Unfortunately the problem is staffing issues. Suppose to be 24/7, but says they close now at 8pm. However, that's not true, went yesterday got there by 7:25 and they were closed. No where in this valley stays open past 8pm.

TAKE THE 24 HOUR SIGN DOWN!!!I was sick and hoping to get some medicine at 7:30 pm on a Sunday evening but NOPE!! Closed at 6?!?! You guys have a sign on the sign of your building advertising being open for 24 hours yet you close at 6 on a Sunday?! Absolute trash and unreliable for a PHARMACY!!!!!!

You literally cannot call this pharmacy. It is a highly automated line with no option of getting through to a person, because each time you attempt to, "the call cannot be transferred, please try again later".
