Terrible Experience! Tried to get a prescription filled and they were totally rude and unhelpful. Worst experience I've had in years. I will never go to CVS again although we had been going to this pharmacy for several years but never again!

Meanest lady at the checkout counter made me feel so ashamed when asking for zyn packets (we don't do zyn here - we do "get em off"!!!) What an idea! Wish I woulda told that to my Dad 30 years ago - might've saved him from stage 4 lung cancer and me from being a hospice caregiver! Please think before saying such insensitive comments

The level of service must rise! Employees, in my opinion, would rather go to lunch two minutes early than assist others waiting in line.

If I could give 0 stars I would. THEY DONT TAKE BCBS OF MT. I transferred my prescription here last week because they said it was in stock and now it's been out of stock and MIGHT be ready tonight at 10:00PM!! I'm beyond frustrated, they should've said no they don't have it in stock. I even signed up for text updates and haven't gotten any, I have to call for an update still. Don't transfer your meds here, I've NEVER had a good experience here. *they didn't tell me that they don't take my insurance --which is an extremely common insurance-- until after I waited a week for them to fill this.

CVS is back to providing good customer service. Yesterday we were at the self check and had a problem getting a coupon to work. An employee helped us resolve the problem and stayed with us until our transaction was completed.

We had a quasi- emergency involving an mis-dose of seizure medications. Thomas (bald) in the pharmacy (Bozeman CVS on 19th) took immediate interest and gave us feedback. He followed up after doing more in depth research and CALLED US BACK within the hour. We were out of town, called our own Dr. at St. Peter's Hospital in Helena Mt. and received NO CALL BACK (In spite of identifying our query as important). We felt very supported by THOMAS at CVS and felt he was very knowledgeabl.

Every experience I've had here is awful. First, I come in deathly ill, having just left the Urgent Care down the street. They told me I had until 9pm to get my prescription from CVS, and that they were the only pharmacy open late. So, I got straight to CVS and get there at 8:13pm. The pharmacy is completely shut down, and the lady at the checkout rudely yells at me that the pharmacy is closed at 8pm, even though the website says 9pm. A few weeks later, I go to pick up my prescription. Not only does it take forever to get ready (like I was told to leave and come back) but they are missing half of my prescription that is - get this- COUGH SYRUP. How do you run out of cough syrup during flu season? Anyways, I'm pissed because something always goes wrong for me at CVS pharmacy. Like I just don't wanna be sick anymore bro.

We are from Out of State and my GF needed to fill a prescription. We contacted the doctors office and they faxed over the prescription around noon or so. At approximately 1700 we went to this CVS and inquired about the prescription. The pharmacy tech informed us that the medication was not available. We asked if there was another CVS and was told that this CVS was the only one in Bozeman. My GF who is a Pharmacy Tech from Texas began to search for another pharmacy. There was another pharmacy across the street at SafeWay. After pulling into the parking lot and talking with Safeway pharmacy. she received a call from CVS saying that the prescription was filled at the cost was $31. After talking with Safeway pharmacist, they had the medication for filling and the cost was only $2. Since we were already at Safeway now and the cost was must lower, she decided to have if filled there and ask the CVS tech to please fax across the street. The CVS tech was sort of rude and said that there were five people ahead of us and it would be awhile. The Safeway pharmacy also faxed a request for the prescription to be sent to Safeway. After calling twice to CVS and about 30 minutes, the request was faxed to Safeway. Safeway filled the prescription without any issues. However, regarding the CVS; very displeased with service and we see why they receive such a low rating from customers. This is saddening because I use CVS in Texas and elsewhere and have always received good service.

Unfortunately, they didn't have what I needed as they were out of stock on the shelves the few times I tried.

Hours are incorrect on google. They are open 8am-6pm. Please update hours and don’t have any more people driving here at midnight to find out you are closed.

I'm in from out of town for a five-day class and wasn't feeling well and needed cough medicine. I also needed a couple other things. I found a 24/7 CVS, and placed an order online for pick up. I got a confirmation of my order a little after 6 PM, and I got a notification to come pick up my order at 6:17 PM. When I drove across town to pick it up, the store was closed. There were signs on the door saying they were only open from 10 to 6. So apparently they were closed when they sent out those notifications. When I called in to cvs.com to complain two days later because I was not able to pick up my stuff, they gave me a big hassle about refunding my order because I used Apple Pay and they wanted the last four digits of the credit card number. Their records did not show the actual last four digits of the credit card number; it showed another number that I have no idea what it is. I called into cvs.com to file a complaint against the store. My suggestion is that if they cannot staff this location 24/7, they need to reduce the hours and make them consistent so people can rely on the store being open. Here I am two days later, with a sore throat. Since they say their hours are 10 to 6, and my class is 10 to 6, I haven't had an opportunity to deal with my sore throat. Avoid this location. It's not worth the hassle.

Legitimately don't do anything here; no matter what you think, they will mess it up. Needed to get a COVID booster in a pinch so I could get on a flight, and I was stuck up in rural Montana. Decided to come here despite the reviews; drive an hour down, and 12 minutes before my appointment I receive a text saying 'your vaccine appointment has been cancelled'. Why?? Who knows.

This place has been so understaffed since Covid, yet the dedicated & overworked, under-appreciated staff has always been quite patient, friendly and helpful to me.
