This is by far one of the Best Costco’s I’ve been to with friendly staff in all departments. Lines maybe long due to tourist but yet you are out the door quickly. Staff is wonderful but not always the customers. Customers seem to feel entitled. Be nice to the staff.

I stopped in this store to get a few things. On my way through the check out I asked if they had a cooler bags, i didnt see them. The gentleman at the self checkout offered to look it up. Yes they had several and they were in the back corner of the store. Another employee offered to go back and get it for me. Then checked me out without cutting in front of the other customers in line. Above and beyond customer service. 5 stars!

Very poor customer service.. Three failed attempts by cashier and two managers to put ice on our receipt. It was noted when first checking out.. Had to wait for a manager each time. Purchased over $700 in products and they wasted my time multiple times over $2.59 ice that they could not get right.
