Wish they had a location for cleaning windshields even if off to the side. Costco putting $$ before full customer needs even if not all vehicles windshields don't get cleaned every fill-up.

The lady at the front of Costco greeting people today 10-15-23 at 130 pm verbally harassed and profiled me as I walked in with my partner. There were about 20 people walking in at the same time as us and I had my Costco card out as we walked in. She proceeded to try and stop us and yell at us for my Costco card, which I had just put away. She did not ask anybody else around us for their card. It is terrible to single out the only biracial person walking through the door. I am appalled that management puts a person who is capable of profiling and harassing paying customers up in the front of their store! This happens everytime I walk in this store

I am absolutely disgusted in how costco in Bozeman allows there employees to act. I brought my kids in while I was visiting to help them down grade their membership to a regular membership as they just are not using it often. The male associate at the counter was being very pushy as not wanting them to downgrade the membership. He flipped my daughter off several time during the encounter as she got frustrated that he was not listening to them. I was in there just before closing September 24th
