“I travel a ton for work, and this is by far the best experience of renting a car that I have EVER had! I have always used Enterprise, and still think they offer a great service, but Journey is hands down the best place I’ve ever rented from. The national rental chains did not have cars to reserve, so I went with Journey out of necessity and was actually very apprehensive. Not only was the car in great shape and well maintained, but the service is FAR superior than anywhere else I’ve ever rented from. I was lucky enough to actually meet Phil and Jennifer when I returned the car, as they were on site helping others, and you could not meet people that are more kind and genuine. Thank you, Jennifer! You were amazing to deal with, and made things so incredibly easy! I will be using only Journey for my rentals in Bozeman from here on out, and I truly hope that you expand!!!”

It also had reasonably tinted windows, which I greatly appreciated for the heat reduction and reduced sun exposure during my travels. Everyone there was also rather friendly as well. “Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Bozeman Montana Airport was OUTSTANDING!! Our flight was canceled with the 'world wide glitch' and we had to stay in Montana for 2 extra days. We had just returned our car to Avis/Budget and asked about another rental but what they had available was way over priced. We quickly booked a car online with Enterprise for half the price of Avis/Budget, walked up to the Enterprise service desk and the reservation was ready for us!! We rented an economy car because of the extra expense of having to stay two extra days (hotel, food, car, etc) While walking out to the parking garage to get the car, I was chatting with the Enterprise fella, telling him what had happened. As we were walking to our car, he gave us a complimentary upgrade!!!! The upgraded car was amazing! In regards to this experience, I can't say enough good things about the Eneterprise Rental at Bozeman Airport. (As a side, we asked the Enterprise agent about local places to eat, he recommended Sidewinders and it was fabulous!!) ?”
