The new building with the new docks is great. The wheel chocks with the electronic sensors take some of the concern of the possibility of a truck sliding (or worse yet, pulling away) away from the dock. Lots of room, and multiple docks, so truck drivers don't have to wait for another truck to pull out from the dock.
